Today Dandara is one of the UK’s largest and most diverse independent property development and land promotion companies.

We have been at the forefront of commercial and residential property design and development for over two decades, creating award-winning homes and working environments throughout the UK.

We are passionate about quality, which is why we undertake every aspect of the development process ourselves; from buying land unconditionally, managing strategic land promotions, planning, design, build and sales. It’s an approach which has been very successful for Dandara and for the landowners whose land we have promoted and are currently promoting through the planning process.
